Abstract

ركز الدراسة الموسومة بـ :" جهود الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في التوقيع على إتفاق السلم و المصالحة في مالي (2014-2022)" على دور الدبلوماسية الجزائرية في دفع أطراف النزاع في مالي للتوقيع على" مسار الجزائر"، لوضع حد للنزاع الذي دام أكثر من نصف قرن، حيث اتخذت الدبلوماسية الجزائرية مسارات مختلفة نحو الوصول إلى توقيع الاتفاق، انطلاقا من معالجة الخلفية التاريخية، وتشخيص الواقع السياسي والاقتصادي، بغية الوصول إلى حلحلة المسائل الأمنية التي يعاني منها المواطن المالي، والتي تنسحب سلبا على دول الجوار ومنطقة الساحل بأكملها. The study tagged: "The efforts of Algerian diplomacy in signing the peace and reconciliation agreement in Mali (2014-2022)" On the role of Algerian diplomacy in pushing the parties of conflict in Mali to sign the "Algeria process", to put an end to the conflict that lasted for more than half a century, as Algerian diplomacy took different paths towards reaching the signing of the agreement, based on addressing the historical background, and diagnosing the political and economic reality, in order to reach a solution to the security issues suffered by the Malian citizen, which negatively affect neighboring countries and the entire Sahel region.
