أثر حوادث العمل على الكفاءة الانتاجية دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز فرع التوزيع ورقلة في الفترة 2019/ 2024

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا إلى معرفة أثر حوادث العمل على الكفاءة الإنتاجية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية, حيث أسقطنا دراستنا على عينة من الموظفين العاملين بالمؤسسة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز "سونلغاز" بورقلة ولتحقيق هذا الهدف إعتمدنا منهجين الوصفي والتحليلي كما إعتمدنا على دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي من هذه الدراسة فقمنا بتوزيع 70 إستبانة التي صممناها على عينة الدراسة, وفي النهاية تحصلنا على مجموع الردود بعدد بلغ 65 إستبانة صالحة, وبعد جمع المعلومات ومعالجتها ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية Spss الإصدار 25, كما استعانت الطالبتين بأسلوب المقابلة في جمع البيانات ولتفسير النتائج المتحصل عليها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: تترتب عن حوادث أن العمل بالمؤسسة تكاليف مباشرة تتمثل في مبالغ مدفوعة للضمان الاجتماعي عن حوادث العمل؛ هناك مستوى منخفض من حوادث العمل في المؤسسة سونلغاز؛ يوجد مستوى عالي من الكفاءة الإنتاجية في المؤسسة محل دراسة؛ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إجابات المبحوثين لحوادث العمل تعزى إلى متغيرات الديموغرافية ) الجنس, العمر, الحالة المدنية, الأقدمية )

Our study aimed the impact of work accidents on productivity efficiency in an economic institution. We conducted our study on a sample of employees working at the national electricity and gas company "Sonelgaz" in Ouargla. To achieve this goal, we used both descriptive and analytical methods, along with a case study in the practical aspect of this research. We distributed 70 questionnaires designed for the study sample, and ultimately received a total of 65 valid responses. After collecting and processing the data using SPSS version 25, the students also used the interview method to collect data and interpret the results obtained. The study found several key results: work accidents in the institution result in direct costs, such as payments to social security for work accidents. There is a low level of work accidents in the National Electricity and Gas Company in Ouargla. There is a high level of productivity efficiency in the institution under study. Work accidents negatively affect productivity efficiency in the institution under study. There are no statistically significant differences in respondents' responses to work accidents attributed to demographic variables (gender, age, marital status, seniority)..
