أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي في الجزائر دراسة حالة: قطاع الجماعات المحلية بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لدى الجماعات المحلية لولاية ورقلة متمثلة في الولاية والهيئات التابعة لها من مديريات وكذا الدوائر والبلديات بحكم توجه الدولة مؤخرا إلى الرقمنة. حيث سنقوم بإبراز واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومدى الاعتماد عليها في القطاع محل الدراسة بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهذا بتحليل نتائج الاستبيان الموزع على عينة شملت 60 فردا من مختلف هيئات الجماعات المحلية لولاية ورقلة, حيث أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي مع عدم وجود تطبيق عالي لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات داخل مجتمع الدراسة.

The study aims to identify the impact of the use of information technology in improving the job performance of the local communities of the wilaya of Ouargla, represented by the wilaya and its affiliated bodies from directorates, as well as departments and municipalities, due to the state's recent trend towards digitization. Where we will highlight the reality of information technology and the extent of reliance on it in the sector under study based on the descriptive analytical approach and this by analyzing the results of the questionnaire distributed to a sample of 60 individuals from various local authorities of the wilaya of Ouargla, where the results showed a statistically significant impact of the use of information technology in improving job performance with no high application of the use of information technology within the study community.
