أثر الرقمنة على أداء الجامعات "دارسة ميدانية لكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة ورقلة -من وجهة نظر الطلبة 2024”

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الرقمنة على أداء الجامعات من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير-من وجهة نظر الطلبة، حيث إعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وقد قمنا بتصميم الإستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات بالاضافة الى الملاحظة ، وقد تم توزيع 200 استبيان على الطلبة عينة الدراسة، وقد تم تحليل النتائج بالإعتماد على برنامج SPSS.V25 بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية، توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج : أنه يوجد أثر للرقمنة في تحسين أداء جامعة ورقلة من خلال كل من الوسائل والتقنيات المستخدمة في الجامعة والمحتوى الالكتروني المقدم في المنصات التعليمية للجامعة والتفاعل الالكتروني بين الطلبة والأساتذة وفاعلية التدريس الالكتروني في تحسين أداء الجامعة من وجهة نظر الطلبة .

The study aims to know the impact of digitization on the performance of universities through a field study conducted in the College of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences - from the students’ point of view. In the study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach. We designed the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information in addition to observation. 200 students were distributed A questionnaire was administered to the students in the study sample, and the results were analyzed based on the SPSS.V25 program, in addition to a set of statistical tools and methods. The study reached a set of results: There is an impact of digitization in improving the performance of the University of Ouargla through all of the means and technologies used at the university, the electronic content provided in the university’s educational platforms, the electronic interaction between students and professors, and the effectiveness of electronic teaching in improving the university’s performance from the students’ point of view.
