أثر القيادة الاستراتيجية على التميز التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية بمجمع سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى تأثير القيادة الاستراتيجية على تحقيق التميز التنظيمي بمجمع سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود ، وقصد تحقيق هذه الدراسة قمنا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وذلك بتصميم استبانة شملت 24 عبارة وتم توزيعها على عينة من الاطارات العاملة بلغة عددها 32 فردا وتمت معالجة الاستمارات بواسطة برنامج Spss وذلك باستعمال العديد من الاساليب الاحصائية. حيث اظهرت نتائج الدراسة، ان هناك مستوى مقبول و جيد للقيادة الاستراتيجية محل الدراسة، ايضا وجود علاقة طردية قوية بين القيادة الاستراتيجية والتميز التنظيمي، وان هناك اثر للقيادة الاستراتيجية على التميز التنظيمي في مؤسسة محل الدراسة.

This study aims to identify the impact of strategic leadership on achieving organizational excellence at the Sonatrach complex in Hassi Messaoud. In order to achieve this study, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, by designing a questionnaire that included 24 statements and distributed it to a sample of executives working in the language they usually use, and the questionnaires were processed. Using the Spss program, using many statistical methods. The results of the study showed that there is an acceptable and good level of strategic leadership under study, and that there is also a strong direct relationship between strategic leadership and organizational excellence, and that there is an impact of strategic leadership on organizational excellence in the institution under study.
