أثر الإدارة الالكترونية في تفعيل التطوير التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية بمديرية التربية لولاية توقرت

Abstract

. تهدف الدراسة إلى ابراز مدى تأثير الإدارة الإلكترونية على التطوير التنظيمي بمديرية التربية توقرت، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع، بالاعتماد على المقابلة الشخصية والاستبيان كأداتين لجمع البيانات حيث تم التوزيع على عينة عشوائية قوامها (50) موظف ، تمت معالجتها احصائيا عن طريق برنامج SPSS نسخة 25 وعليه تم استخلاص مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها أن للإدارة الإلكترونية أثر كبير في تفعيل التطوير التنظيمي بمديرية التربية توقرت. وهدا راجع لكون المؤسسة تعمل على توفير مختلف البرامج والأجهزة الإلكترونية التي تساهم في التطوير التنظيمي لها. كما أوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بالمورد البشري للقيام بدورات تدريبية وتكوينية في مجال الرقمنة، ودعم البنية التحتية للإدارة الإلكترونية.

This study aims to show how much electronic management influence on the develobment of education in touggourt we have used des-cribtive analytical method to study this subject relying on a bersonal interveu and question are as a tool to gather data. We have distributed a randon samble(50) embloyees. We took back(41) form suitable for studying which have been brocessed stastically via SPSS brogram 25 coby. SO,we have extracted some results.the most inbortant is that the electronic management has a grect effect in activating the develobment in the debartment of education touggourt. This refers to that the institution works on broviding the different brograms and electronic organizational devlobment, Also,the study has recommended cnterest with the human resource to do formative training ourses in digitization,infrastruction subbort of the electronic management.
