Abstract

: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تقييم أداء الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة سوناطراك قسم الاستكشاف حاسي مسعود، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة خاصة لجمع البيانات، وقد وزعت على عينة من الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة محل الدراسة والتي تقدر ب60 عاملا، ولقد تم استرجاع49 استبانة صالحة للتحليل ليتم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج ببSPSS كما تم الاعتماد على عدة أدوات إحصائية للقياس. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لاستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال بأبعادها (الأجهزة والمعدات، البرمجيات، قاعدة البيانات، الشبكات، المورد البشري) على أداء الموارد البشرية مما يؤكد على أن مؤسسة سوناطراك تدرك هذه الأهمية من أجل تحسين وتطوير أداء المورد البشري ـ

This study aims to know the impact of information and communication technology on improving the performance of employees in the Sonatrach Corporation, production department, Hassi Messaoud, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a special questionnaire was designed to collect data. Retrieving 49 valid questionnaires for analysis to be analyzed by the SPSS program, and several statistical tools were used for measurement. The study reached the following results: • The existence of a statistically significant effect of the use of information and communication technology its dimensions (hardware and equipment, software, databases, networking, human resource) on the performance of our employees confirms that sonatrach realize this importance in order to improve and develop the performance of employees.
