دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية دراسة حالة المؤسسة العمومية لصحة الجوارية ورقلة_ أنموذجا

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الرقمنة في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية من خلال دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية - بولاية ورقلة، حيث اعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي واستخدمنا كل من الاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع المعلومات، وقد تم توزيع 60 استبيان على الموظفين بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية محل الدراسة، وقد تم تحليل النتائج بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من الأدوات والأساليب الإحصائية. توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: - المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية – ورقلة تطبق الرقمنة على مستوى عالي بتوفر المتطلبات الإدارية ويختلف هذا المستوى بتوفر المتطلبات التقنية البشرية والمالية بحيث تطبق الرقمنة بمستوى متوسط بتوفر المتطلبات التقنية البشرية وبمستوى منخفض بتوفر المتطلبات والمالية. - هناك مستوى عالي لجودة الخدمات الصحية المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية – ورقلة يعتمد على مدى تحقيق بعد الأمان بينما هناك مستوى متوسط لجودة الخدمات الصحية المؤسسة من خلال الملموسية والاعتمادية . - هناك علاقة قوية بين الرقمنة وجودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية ورقلة؛ - يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الرقمنة وجودة الخدمات الصحية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية ورقلة عند مستوى دلالة 0.05.

The study aims to know the role of digitization in improving the quality of health services through a field study in the Public Institution of Neighborhood Health - Ouargla Province, where we relied in the study on the descriptive approach and used both the questionnaire and the interview as tools for collecting information. 60 questionnaires were distributed to employees of the Public Health Institution The neighborhood under study, and the results were analyzed based on the SPSS program in addition to a set of statistical tools and methods. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: - The Public Foundation for Neighborhood Health - Ouargla applies digitization at a high level with the availability of administrative requirements. This level varies with the availability of human and financial technical requirements, so that digitization is applied at a medium level with the availability of human technical requirements and at a low level with the availability of financial and technical requirements. - There is a high level of quality of health services at the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health - Ouargla, which depends on the extent to which the safety dimension is achieved, while there is a medium level of quality of health services established through tangibility and reliability. - There is a strong relationship between digitization and the quality of health services at the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health in Ouargla. - There is a statistically significant effect between digitization and the quality of health services in the Public Institution for Neighborhood Health in Ouargla at a significance level of 0.05.
