أثر التمكين النفسي على السلوك الإبداعي دراسة ميدانية وتطبيقية حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال البترولية الكبرى

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى أثر التمكين النفسي على السلوك الإبداعي دراسة ميدانية وتطبيقية حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال البترولية الكبرى ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلة وبالاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية بحيث تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية حجمها 30موظف. وتم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامجspssالاصدار الثاني والعشرين، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود التمكين النفسي والسلوك الإبداعي بشكل مرتفع في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، للتمكين النفسي دور في تعزيز بعد السلوك الإبداعييوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتمكين النفسي وأبعاده في تحسينالسلوك الإبداعي للعاملين

This studyaims to determine the extent of the impact of psychologicalempowerment on creativebehaviorthrough a field and appliedstudy of the case of the National Petroleum Works Corporation. To achieve the objectives of the study, data werecollectedthrough interviews and relying on the questionnaire as a primarytool, whichwasdistributed to a randomsample of 30 employees. The data wereanalyzed and the hypothesestestedusing the SPSS software version 22. The results of the studyshowed the presence of psychologicalempowerment and creativebehavior at a high level in the institution understudy. Psychologicalempowermentplays a role in enhancing the dimension of creativebehavior. There is a statisticallysignificanteffect of psychologicalempowerment and its dimensions on improving the creativebehaviorof employees
