أثر جودة الحياة الوظيفية في تعزيز الانتماء التنظيمي للعاملين دراسة ميدانية في ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري - OPGIورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أثر جودة حياة الوظيفية في تعزيز الانتماء التنظيمي لدى العاملين في مؤسسة ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري OPGI -ورقلة، طبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (87) عاملا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة من استمارات الاستبيان عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)، وتم الاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، ومعاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار المتعدد التدريجي، وخلصت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها : وجود تطبيق مرتفع لجودة الحياة الوظيفية في مؤسسة OPGI، وجود مستوى مرتفع للانتماء التنظيمي في مؤسسة OPGI، وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية والانتماء التنظيمي

This study aims to identify the impact of work-life quality in enhancing organizational affiliation among workers at the Office of Promotion and Real Estate Management (OPGI) - Ouargla. The study was applied to a simple random sample consisting of 87 workers .To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, the data collected form the questionnaires were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The study relied on means and the standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and gradual multiple Regression analysis. The study concluded several important result, most notably the high application of quality of work life at the OPGI institution; there is a high level of organizational affiliation in the OPGI institution. There is a statistically significant impact between the quality of work life and organizational affiliation
