أثر المناخ التنظيمي على التشارك المعرفي دراسة ميدانية لعينة من موظفي مديرية الجهوية موبيليس ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى تأثير المناخ التنظيمي على التشارك المعرفي للموظفين مديرية الجهوية موبيليس بورقلة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع، بالاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث تم التوزيع على عينة عشوائية قوامها (50) استمارة، حيث استرجعنا (36) استمارة استبانة وتمت معالجتها إحصائيا عن طريق برنامج SPSSنسخة 27 وعليه تم استخلاص مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها أن وجود تأثير مناخ تنظيمي على التشارك المعرفي بمديرية الجهوية موبيليس بورقلة. وهذا راجع لكون المؤسسة تعمل على عدم توفير مختلف البرامج والأجهزة الإلكترونية التي تساهم في التطوير التشارك المعرفي لها

The study aims to highlight the extent of the impact of the organizational climate on the knowledge sharing of employees of the Mobilis Regional Directorate in Ouargla. The descriptive analytical approach was used to study the subject, relying on the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, which was distributed to a random sample of (50) employees, which was statistically processed using the SPSS program, version 27. Accordingly, a set of results were extracted, the most important of which is that there is an impact of the organizational climate on knowledge sharing in the Mobilis Regional Directorate in Ouargla. This is due to the fact that the institution is working on not providing various programs and electronic devices that contribute to the development of its knowledge sharing
