المرأة العاملة المتزوجة بين قلق العمل والتوافق الشخصي الاجتماعي Adjustment Married working woman between Work Anxiety and Social-personal

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى قلق العمل والتوافق الشخصي الاجتماعي لدى المرأة المتزوجة العاملة بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية لجامعة الأغواط والكشف عن الفروق في درجات قلق العمل لدى عينة الدراسة حسب متغيري الأقدمية(05 سنوات فما أقل –06 سنوات فما فوق ) والسن(30 سنة فما أقل – 31 سنة فما فوق ) للمتزوجات العاملات بهيئة التدريس أو العمل الإداري ،بالإضافة إلى معرفة دلالة الفروق في درجات قلق العمل والتوافق الشخصي الاجتماعي لأفراد عينة الدراسة حسب قرب أو بعد السكن عن مكان العمل ، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال توزيع مقياس قلق العمل لـ روبير كرزاك ومقياس التوافق الشخصي-الاجتماعي لـ إجلال محمد سرى على عينة قدرها 60 امرأة (متزوجة )عاملة بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة عمار ثليجي الأغواط ، وبعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة الدراسة والمعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية : - مستوى قلق العمل لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة مرتفع . - مستوى التوافق الشخصي-الاجتماعي لدى المرأة العاملة المتزوجة منخفض . - توجد فروق في درجات قلق العمل لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى الأقدمية. - توجد فروق في درجات قلق العمل لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى السن ، - لا توجد فروق في درجات قلق العمل والتوافق الشخصي -الاجتماعي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة تختلف باختلاف قرب أو بعد السكن عن مكان العمل Abstract: The study aimed to know the level of work anxiety and social-personal adjustment among married working women at the social sciences faculty at the University of Laghouat and the differences in the variables of the study as seniority variable ( 5 years or less, 6 years or more ) and the age variable ( 30 years old of less, 31 years old or more), distance or proximity from the place of residence from the work place. We follow a descriptive method by distributing the questionnaire to a sample of 60 married working woman, at the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at Amar Telidji laghouat University. After ascertaining the psychometric characteristics of the study's tools and statistical processing of the data, we came to the following conclusions: -The level of work anxiety among married working women is higher . -- The level of social- personal adjustment for of the marries women worker is low. - The are differences in the levels of work anxiety of the members the sample of study, mainly related to seniority. - There are differences in the levels of work anxiety of the members of the study sample, mainly related to age. -There are no differences in the levels of work anxiety and social personal adjustment in the members of the study sample that differ in terms of the far or near distance between home and work
