Abstract: This study aims to measure the performance of Trust Bank by using PATROL model, in order to identify the mechanism and method of evaluating performance by using this model and to familiarity all the indicators it relies on and the methods of calculating each one of them, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon to analyse the financial reports of Trust Bank during the period 2017-2021 and to judge its final performance after applying the PATROL measurement model. The study finally concluded that the PATROL model is an easy-to-use and comprehensive performance measurement tool that touches on many basic aspects. It showed that the performance of Trust Bank is classified as a level tow performance, which is very good performance that shows the bank’s distinction with an acceptable degree of durability
