Abstract: The study aims to know the impact of digital transformation on the job performance of employees in Mobilis in Ouargla. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive approach was adopted, where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (41) employees in the institution, and the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study showed results, the most important of which are: The level of digital transformation in the institution under study is high. The level of job performance is average. There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level of 0.05 for digital transformation on job performance in the institution under study. There is a positive and strong correlation between digital transformation and job performance, and there are statistically significant differences between the respondents' answers regarding gender, age, educational level, and seniority in work in relation to job performance
