The Impact of Electronic Management on Achieving a Competitive Advantage A Field Study at ENSP (Algeria)

Abstract

.تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة تأثير الإدارة الإلكترونية على الميزة التنافسية لمؤسسة ENSP، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم توزيع استبيان على عينة ممثلة من 30 موظفًا، كشف التحليل عن مستوى عالٍ من تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية وتحقيق الميزة التنافسية. كانت هناك علاقة إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتغيرين. كما كشف تحليل الانحدار التدريجي أن "الشبكات" و "الموارد البشرية" هما أكثر أبعاد الإدارة الإلكترونية تأثيرًا. ومن المثير للاهتمام ، أن الجنس كان المتغير الشخصي الوحيد الذي يؤثر على إدراك الميزة التنافسية. تدعم النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الإدارة الإلكترونية والميزة التنافسية ، مما يبرز أهمية بعض الممارسات الادارية المحددة و المتغيرات الشخصية للموظفين

This study aims to determine electronic management's impact on the competitive advantage of ENSP. A questionnaire was distributed to a representative sample of 30 employees at ENSP. Analysis revealed a high level of electronic management implementation and achievement of competitive advantage. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between the two variables. The stepwise regression analysis also revealed that "Networks" and "Human Resources" are the most impactful dimensions of electronic management.. Interestingly, gender was the only personal variable influencing the perception of competitive advantage.
