IMPORTANCE DE LA METROLOGIE DANS L'ENTREPRISE

Abstract

Cette étude a pour objectif d'identifier et de renforcer la place de la fonction "Métrologie" au sein d'une entreprise, en lien avec le système d'assurance qualité en vigueur ou en projet dans cette structure. Elle vise également à apprendre à avoir confiance et à inspirer confiance dans les résultats de mesures ou d'essais, à maîtriser les outils associés, et à acquérir les bases du contrôle. Le métrologue doit posséder des connaissances sur l'ensemble des techniques et opérations nécessaires, ainsi que des notions de base en fabrication technologique, mettant en évidence les notions fondamentales de tolérances et d'ajustements, essentielles pour la fabrication en technologie.

This study aims to identify and strengthen the role of the "Metrology" function within a company, in relation to the existing or planned quality assurance system. It also aims to learn to have confidence and inspire confidence in measurement or test results, to master the associated tools, and to acquire the basics of control. The metrologist must have knowledge of all necessary techniques and operations, as well as basic notions in technological manufacturing, highlighting the fundamental concepts of tolerances and adjustments, which are essential for manufacturing in technology.
