اثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الابداع التنظيمي دراسة حالة مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب بتقرت ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال على الابداع التنظيمي في عينة من مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب تقرت ولاية ورقلة , استخدم الباحث الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات , و اقتصرت عملية على اسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة , بحيث بلغ تعداد العينة الدراسة 47 مفردة , و تم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج SPss بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية , الانحراف المعياري , معامل الارتباط , تحليل الانحراف المتعدد , وخلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج اهمها: توجد علاقة بين تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصال و الابداع التنظيمي و قد اوصت الدراسة بضرورة التخطيط و المتابعة في كافة اقسام الشركة لموضوع الابداع التنظيمي

This study aimed to identifying the impact of the use of information and communication technology on the organization creativity in the organization of « south foam’ » tougourt because it is interested in research and development. To achieve this goal, the theoretical and conceptual framework of the subject and conceptul framework of the subject was reviewed in order to stand up to its theoretical background theory and examine the previous studies. Enabling us to test hypotheses and draw concluding that there were adopted at the end of the curret organizational innovation proposals.Information and communication technology in the field communication technology in the field framework and based on the assistance of 47 sample staff which we can select assumptions and extract the result which were adopted at the end to make proposals on the subject
