دور حاضنات الاعمال في دعم المشاريع المقاولاتية (دراسة ميدانية مشتلة المؤسسات الناشئة بورقلة، للفترة 2023-2024)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز ومعرفة دور ومدى مساهمة حاضنات الأعمال في دعم المشاريع المقاولاتية، وذلك من خلال الدراسة النظرية والميدانية لحاضنات الأعمال والمشاريع المقاولاتية ولتوضيح هذا الدور اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليل وعلى الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع 40 مشروع في مختلفة قطاعات وذلك بمرافقة مشتلة المؤسسات الناشئة بورقلة، وتم استخدام برنامج حزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V لمعالجة البيانات، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى: أن لحاضنات الأعمال دور كبيرة في اكتشاف القدرات الإبداعية وترجمتها الى مشاريع إنتاجية متميزة، كما تساهم حاضنات الأعمال في مساعدة ومساندة المشاريع المقاولاتية الريادية، وتوفير هياكل و الإمكانيات والمناخ اللازم لزيادة فرص نجاح هذه المشروعات واستمرارها.

This Study aims to highlight and know the role and extent of the contribution of business incubaors in supporting entreneurial projects, through the theoretical and field study of business incubators and entrepreneurial projects. To clarify this role, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire as a means of collecting data, as 40 projects were distributed in various sectors. Accompanied by the Nursery of Emerging Institutions in Ouargla, SPSS V was used to process the data. This study reached; Business incubators have a major role in discovering creative capabilities and translating them into distinct productive protjects. Business incubators also contribute to helping and supporting entrepreneurial projects, and providing the structures, capabilities and chances of successofthese projects and its continuation.
