أثر ضغوط العمل على دافعية العمل لدى أساتذة كلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة تأثير ضغوط العمل بمصادرها على دافعية العمل للأساتذة الجامعيين وقد تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح –ورقلة- كلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة, حيث تم توزيع70 استبيان على عينة عشوائية من كافة الأساتذة الجامعيين بالكلية، بلغ عدد الاستبيانات المستلمة والصحيحة (41) استبيان خضعت للمعالجة الإحصائية وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن الأساتذة الجامعيين بجامعة قاصدي مرباح -ورقلة –كلية الرياضيات وعلوم المادة تتمتع بمستوى معتدل من ضغوط العمل وتتمتع بمستويات من دافعية العمل مرتفعة بالإضافة إلى ذلك فقد كشفت الدراسة أن ضغوط العمل بمصادرها ترتبط بعلاقة عكسية ضعيفةجدا مع دافعية العمل

o know the nature impact of work stress with its sources on work motivation of human resources in the university institutions, a field study was realized within University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla-Faculty of Mathematics and Material Sciences.A total of 70 questionnaires were distributed to sample selected randomly of all professors category in the university. The number of questionnaires received and correctly reached 41 questionnaire, which has to be subjected under statistical analysis. The results have shown that university professors at University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla-Faculty of Mathematics and Material Sciences, suffer from medium levels of work stress and have high work motivation. the study also revealed that there ׳s an inverse relation and very weak between job stress with its sources and work motivation
