مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

دفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الضغوط المهنية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة، وكذا تحديد مدى دلالة الفروق فيها تبعا لكل من؛ الجنس، وطبيعة الماد المدرسة. ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي والمقارن، بتطبيق مقياس الضغط المهني لدى المدرسين(STJSS) على عينة تتكون من (400)أستاذا. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بمدينة ورقلة يعانون من مستوى عال من الضعوط المهنية، وأن الفروق في تلك الضغوط كانت دالة إحصائيا تبعا لطبيعة المادة المدرسة، بينما لم تكن دالة تبعا للجنس. The current study aimed at revealing the level of occupational stress among secondary school teachers in Ouargla city. To achieve these objectives the researchers used the descriptive method - an exploratory and comparative study-by applying the School teachers Stressor job Scale (STJSS) after verifying its psychometric properties on a sample that comprises(400) teachers. The study concluded that the secondary school teachers in Ouargla city suffer from a high level of occupational stress, and that the differences in those stressors were statistically significant according to the nature of Study material; while it was not significant according to the gender.
