المحددات السوسيوديموغرافية لظاهرة الإجهاض في الجزائر من خلال قواعد بيانات المسوح الثلاثة الأخيرة المنجزة في الجزائر (2002ـ2006ــ2019)

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل بعض المحددات السوسيوديموغرافية لظاهرة الإجهاض بين النساء المتزوجات في الجزائر، من خلال استخدام بيانات المسوح الثلاثة للأعوام 2002، 2006، و2019، عبر ثلاث مستويات للتحليل، استخدمنا التحليل الوصفي، اختبار مربع كاي، والانحدار اللوجيستي. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقات دالة إحصائيا بين الإجهاض ومتغيرات كالعمر، المستوى التعليمي، استخدام وسائل منع الحمل، والأمراض المزمنة، وصلة القرابة، والأقاليم الجغرافية، بينما غابت الدلالة عن متغيرات كالنشاط المهني ومؤشر الثروة، حيث كشفت نتائج تحليل الانحدار اللوجيستي أن متغيرات مثل العمر، عدد الأطفال، والأقاليم الجغرافية لها تأثير قوي ومتسق، فيما كان تأثير صلة القرابة مع الزوج متباينا. تسلط الدراسة الضوء على تعقيد الظاهرة وأهميتها لتوجيه السياسات الصحية الإنجابية.

This study aimed to analyze some socio-demographic determinants of abortion among married women in Algeria, using data from three surveys conducted in 2002, 2006, and 2019. Three levels of analysis were employed, descriptive analysis, Chi-square tests, and logistic regression. The results revealed statistically significant relationships between abortion and variables such as age, educational level, contraceptive use, chronic diseases, kinship, and geographic regions, while no significance was found for variables such as professional activity and wealth index. Logistic regression results showed that variables like age, the number of children, and geographic regions had strong and consistent effects, whereas the impact of kinship with the husband was variable. The study highlights the complexity of the phenomenon and its importance in guiding reproductive health policies.
