دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تسيير المرفق العمومي دراسة ميدانية بلدية سيدي خويلد

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تسيير المرفق العمومي في بلدية سيدي خويلد , من خلال طرح التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : ما دور الثقافة التنظيمية في تسيير المرفق العمومي في بلدية سيدي خويلد ؟ و تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي كما تم الإعتماد على الدراسة الميدانية يتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في موظفي بلدية سيدي خويلد و البالغ عدهم 304 موظف , واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيع (50) استبانه وتم استرجاع (41) إستبانة صالحة للتحليل , و بعد جمع البيانات و معالجتها إحصائيا عن طريق برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تأثير مباشرة و دور كبير للثقافة التنظيمية في تسيير المرفق العمومي في بلدية سيدي خويلد .

This study aimed to identify the role of organizational culture in the management of the public facility in the municipality of Sidi Khuilid, through the following main research question: What is the role of organizational culture in the management of the public facility in the municipality of Sidi Khuilid? The descriptive method was used, and the study also relied on field research. The study population consisted of the employees of the municipality of Sidi Khuilid, totaling 304 employees. The questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool, with 50 questionnaires distributed and 41 valid ones retrieved for statistical analysis. After collecting the data and processing it using the SPSS statistical analysis program, the results of the study concluded that there is a direct influential relationship and a significant role of organizational culture in the management of the public facility in the municipality of Sidi Khuilid.
