Abstract: تهدف دراسة لمعرفة تأثير جودة الحياة الوظيفية على أداء الموظف العمومي في جامعة ورقلة، لأجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال تحليل الاستبيان الموجه إلى موظفي الدائمين لجـامعة والبالغ عددهم 153 مـــن أصل 229 موظف، باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS النسخة 26، فتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج التالية: توفر أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية في الجامعة محل الدراسة بمستوى متوسط بمتوسط حسابي عام بنسبة 3.31 %، في حين متوسط الحسابي العام لأداء الموظف العمومي بنسبة 4.08% بمستوى قوي، بحيث تعتمد بدرجة أولى على البعد الذي له تأثير كبير في أداء الموظف العمومي بنسبة 3.93% وهو فرق العمل بمستوى قوي، تليه بعد الاستقرار والأمان الوظيفي بنسبة 3.02 % بمستوى متوسط، كما هناك تأثير ايجابي لجودة الحياة الوظيفية على أداء الموظف العمومي بنسبة 35.5%، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لإجابات عينة الدراسة لأبعاد أداء موظف العمومي تعزى إلى المتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية ( الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الوظيفة ، الخبرة المهنية).
The study aimed to investigate the impact of the quality of work life on the performance of public employees at the University of Ouargla. To achieve this, the analytical descriptive method was adopted by analyzing a questionnaire directed to the university’s permanent employees. A total of 153 responses were collected out of 229 employees. The data was processed using SPSS software, version 26,The study reached the following findings: the dimensions of quality of work life at the university under study were available at a moderate level, with an overall average of 3.31. Meanwhile, the general average for public employee performance was 4.08, indicating a strong level. The most influential factor on public employee performance was teamwork, with an average of 3.93, which is considered strong, followed by job stability and security with an average of 3.02, considered moderate.The study also found a positive effect of quality of work life on public employee performance at a rate of 35.5%. Moreover, there were no statistically significant differences in the responses related to public employee performance dimensions attributable to personal and job-related variables gender, age, educational level, job position, and professional experience
