دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين جودة الخدمات الضريبية في البيئة الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية لعينة من موظفي إدارة الضرائب لولاية توقرت

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحول الرقمي للإدارة الجبائية في البيئة الجزائرية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الضريبية المقدمة لصالح المكلفين بالضريبة، كما تناولت الدراسة طبيعة واتجاه العلاقة بين التوجه نحو التحول الرقمي وتحسين جودة الخدمات الجبائية، ولتحقيق ذلك تم اعتماد استبيان كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة والموزع على عينة مكونة من 60 موظف بمركز الضرائب لولاية توقرت وتمت معالجة النتائج وفق برنامج {SPSSv26}، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: توفر مؤشرات عن وجود تحول رقمي وكذا تحسن في جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمكلفين بالضريبة، مما يؤكد وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية وذات دلالة إحصائية، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام ودعم التحول الرقمي بتوفير بنية تحتية ملاءمة لذلك، وتقديم الدعم الفني اللازم لتحقيق خدمات جبائية تتسم بالجودة في صالح المكلفين .

This study aims to highlight the role of digital transformation in tax administration within the Algerian context in improving the quality of tax services provided to taxpayers, The study also explores the nature and direction of the relationship between the move toward digital transformation and the enhancement of tax service quality, To achieve this, a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, distributed to a sample of 60 employees at the Tax Center of Touggourt Province. The data was analyzed using the SPSS v26 software, The study reached several key findings, the most important of which are: the presence of indicators pointing to digital transformation as well as an improvement in the quality of services provided to taxpayers, confirming a strong and statistically significant correlation,The study recommends focusing on and supporting digital transformation by providing the appropriate infrastructure and necessary technical support to ensure high-quality tax services that benefit taxpayers.
