أثر الرقمنة على جودة الخدمة دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية بن عزة عمر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تقييم نظام الرقمنة بالمؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية توقرت من خلال قياس أثر الرقمنة على جودة الخدمة ، و تحديد العلاقة بينهما. وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدام الاستبيان و المقابلة و الملاحظة كأدوات لجمع البيانات، حيث تم اختيار عينة قصدية تتكون من 80 من مجموع 112 عامل بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما تم استخدام برنامج SPSS لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. توصلت الدراسة الى وجود مستوى متوسط للرقمنة و مستوى مرتفع لجودة الخدمة بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة طردية قوية موجبة بين الرقمنة و جودة الخدمة، كما يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الرقمنة على جودة الخدمة على مستوى المؤسسة محل الدراسة .

This study aims to evaluate the digitization system in the public hospital institution by measuring the impact of digitization on the quality of Service, and determining the relationship between them. Based on the descriptive-analytical approach, the questionnaire, interview and observation were used as data collection tools, where an intentional sample consisting of 80 employees of the institution under study was selected, and the SPSS program was used for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The study found that there is an average level of digitization and a high level of service quality in the institution under study, in addition to a strong positive direct relationship between digitization and service quality, and there is a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of digitization on the quality of service at the level of the institution under study .
