محددات فعالية إدارة الوقت في المؤسسات الاقتصادية دراسة ميدانية شركة سوناطراك قسم الإنتاج المديرية الجهوية حاسي مسعود – ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة مدى فعالية محددات إدارة الوقت في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، دراسة ميدانية شركة سوناطراك قسم الإنتاج المديرية الجهوية حاسي مسعود ورقلة، بالتركيز على العوامل الشخصية والتنظيمية والتكنولوجية ومن جهة أخرى أبعاد إدارة الوقت، وذلك من أجل معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بينهم. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية قدرت ب86 مستجوبا من إجمالي العمال، وتم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS26 لمعالجة البيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مؤسسة سوناطراك قسم الإنتاج بحاسي مسعود ورقلة تطبق محددات إدارة الوقت بدرجة جيدة، وتوجد علاقة قوية ودالة إحصائيا بين هذه المحددات وفعالية إدارة الوقت. وتشمل هذه المحددات العوامل الشخصية والتنظيمية والتكنولوجية، حيث تبين أن تكاملها يسهم بفعالية في تحسين استثمار الوقت داخل المؤسسة.

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of time management determinants in economic institutions, through a field study conducted at Sonatrach Production Division, Hassi Messaoud Regional Directorate. The focus was placed on personal, organizational, and technological factors, as well as the dimensions of time management, in order to understand the nature of the relationship between them. The descriptive analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was used as the primary data collection tool. The study was conducted on a random sample of 86 respondents from the total number of employees. The Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS26) was used for data analysis. The study reached several findings, including that Sonatrach's Production Division in Hassi Messaoud applies time management determinants effectively. A strong and statistically significant relationship was found between these determinants and time management effectiveness. These determinants include personal, organizational, and technological factors, and their integration effectively contributes to enhancing time utilization within the institution.
