Abstract

تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على أثرر روحانية مكان العمل على سلوكيات العمل الإستباقي لدى أطباء المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف بورقلة، أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية قدرها 79 طبيب، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع، كما تم الاعتماد على الدراسة الميدانية وجمع البيانات عن طريق الملاحظة والاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS نسخة 27. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن مستوى كل من سلوك العمل الاستباقي و روحانية مكان العمل في المستشفى محل الدراسة كان متوسط، مع وجود علاقة ارتباط طردية متوسطة، ، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق بين متوسط استجابات الأطباء في المستشفى محل الدراسة حول سلوك العمل الإستباقي تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (الجنس، العمر، الأقدمية المسمى الوظيفي)،

The study aims to identify the impact of workplace spirituality on proactive work behaviors among doctors at the Mohamed Boudiaf Public Hospital in Quargla. The study was conducted on a random sample of 79 doctors. To achieve the study objectives, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The study also relied on a field study and data collection through observation and questionnaires, which were then processed statistically using the SPSS statistical program, version 27 The study concluded with several results, the most important of which was that he level of both proactive work behavior and workplace spirituality in the correlation. The s pital under study was average, with a moderate direct also found no differences between the average responses of doctors at the hospital under study in Quargla regarding proactive work behavior attributable to demographic variables (gender, age, seniority, job title).
