Abstract: In this memory, we simulated and dimensioned a fully autonomous hybrid system operating with (PV panels / diesel generator) with storage batteries using HOMER Pro code, to operate an isolated house in Blidet amor (Touggourt) in Ouargla (Algeria), based on metrological data Provided by the HOMER code for (toggourt) Ouargla and the prices available in the market, we got the system capital and total cost in 25 years including (fuel, operation, maintenance and alternatives), cost of energy produced (dzd/kWh), optimum number and characteristics of system components, toxic gas emissions (kg / Year). We also obtained a technical economic study and compared it with an independent diesel system.
