أثر مشاركة المعرفة الضمنية على الأداء الإبداعي دراسة ميدانية في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر مشاركة المعرفة الضمنية على الأداء الابداعي في مستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات ، وقد اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة بلغ تعدادها(50) استرجعت منها (50) صالحة للمعالجة الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) نسخة 22 ، خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: هناك مستوى عالٍ من مشاركة المعرفة الضمنية لدى الأطباء محل الدراسة،وجود مستوى عال من الأداء الإبداعي لدى الأطباء،أن لمشاركة المعرفة الضمنية تأثيراً معنوياً على الأداء الإبداعي،عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الإبداعي تبعاً للمتغيرات الشخصية والوظيفية (الجنس، العمر، الوظيفة، الخبرة).

This studyaimed to investigate the impact of tacitknowledge sharing on creative performance at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive-analyticalapproachwasemployed, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. The distribution processwaslimited to a simple randomsamplingmethod, with a total of 50 questionnaires distributed and all 50 returnedvalid for statisticalanalysisusing SPSS version 22. The studyyieldedseveral key findings, mostnotably: thereis a high level of tacitknowledge sharing among the physicianssurveyed; thereis a high level of creative performance amongphysicians; tacitknowledge sharing has a statisticallysignificant impact on creative performance; and there are no statisticallysignificantdifferences in creative performance based on personal and job variables (gender, age, job title, experience).
