أثر نظام الصحة و السلامة المهنية في الوقاية من حوادث العمل في المؤسسات الصناعية دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة LINDE GAS- وحدة- ورقلة خلال فترة 2025

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية في الحد من حوادث العمل بمؤسسة ليند غاز – وحدة ورقلة خلال سنة 2025، واعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة الموضوع، شملت عينة الدراسة 40 عاملًا، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال استبيان، ومقابلات مع رؤساء قسم الصحة والسلامة المهنية ومسؤول مصلحة HSE، بالإضافة إلى الملاحظة المباشرة، وتم تحليل المعطيات باستخدام برنامج SPSS 22. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المؤسسة تطبق نظاما فعالا للصحة والسلامة، مع وجود وعي جيد لدى العمال بأهمية هذا النظام. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة عكسية بين مستوى تطبيق النظام وتكرار حوادث العمل، ما يؤكد دور هذا النظام في الوقاية من الحوادث وتحسين ظروف العمل.

This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety system in reducing workplace accidents at Linde Gas - Ouargla- Unit during the year 2025, The descriptive method was adopted due to its suitability for the nature of the study, The sample consisted of 40 workers, and data were collected through a questionnaire, interviews with heads of the health and safety department and the HSE officer, in addition to direct observation, The data were analyzed using the SPSS 22 software.

The results showed that the company implements an effective health and safety system, with a good level of awareness among workers regarding its importance, The findings also revealed an inverse relationship between the level of system implementation and the frequency of workplace accidents, confirming the role of this system in preventing accidents and improving working conditions.
