أثر تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في تعزيز الصحة والسلامة المهنية لدى العاملين

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في تعزيز الصحة والسلامة المهنية لدى العاملين في مؤسسة "سيترام" – وحدة ورقلة، وتم تطبيق الدراسة على عينة حجمها 100 عامل، وقد استُخدمت الدراسة أداتي الاستبيان والمقابلة لجمع البيانات تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج spssV21،وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: يتم تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بمستوى عالٍ في مؤسسة "سيترام" – ورقلة، وذلك من خلال توفير أغلب متطلباتها، تحرص المؤسسة على تجسيد إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية بصورة فعّالة، كما تبيّن أن الإدارة الإلكترونية لها أثر بمستوى متوسط على الصحة والسلامة المهنية.

This study aims to examine the impact of implementing electronic management on enhancing occupational health and safety among employees at the "Setram" Company – Ouargla Unit. The study was conducted on a sample of 100 workers, using both a questionnaire and interviews as data collection tools. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS V21. The study yielded several key findings, the most important of which are: electronic management is implemented at a high level within the "Setram" – Ouargla Unit, as most of its requirements are met; the company is committed to effectively implementing occupational health and safety procedures. Additionally, the study found that electronic management has a moderate impact on occupational health and safety.
