الشراكات الإستراتيجية كمحرك للبحث والتطوير في الجامعات دراسة حالة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة للفترة (2020-2024)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مساهمة الشراكات الإستراتيجية بالتركيز على الأبعاد ( برامج التبادل الأكاديمي، المشاريع البحثية المشتركة،إنشاء مختبرات مشتركة، البرامج الأكاديمية المشتركة) في تعزيز نشاط البحث والتطوير من خلال الأبعاد ( البحوث العلمية المشتركة، إنشاء المختبرات المشتركة، براءات الإختراع، نقل التكنولوجيا) بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة خلال الفترة الزمنية 2020-2024، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والإعتماد على المقابلة كأداة لجمع البيانات، إشتملت على (40) سؤال تم تعديلها و تقسيمها إلى محورين لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، حيث تمت المقابلة مع عينة من أساتذة باحثين و مدراء مخابر و موظفي مصلحة نيابة العلاقات الخارجية بمديرية الجامعة، و تم إستخدام برنامج Excel لتحليل بعض البيانات. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة تمتلك عدد كبير من الشراكات الإستراتيجية و في مجالات متنوعة، كما أن نشاط البحث والتطوير يشهد تطورا ملحوظا، كما أنه توجد علاقة موجبة بين تبني الشراكات الإستراتيجية و تعزيز نشاط البحث والتطوير في الجامعة محل الدراسة، و تعتبر الشراكات الإستراتيجية كمحرك فعال في تعزيز نشاط البحث والتطوير في جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة

The present study aims to examine the contribution of strategic partnerships—specifically through academic exchange programs, joint research projects, the establishment of joint laboratories, and joint academic programs—in enhancing research and development (R&D) activities at Kasdi Merbah University - Ouargla during the period 2020–2024. To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive-analytical approach was adopted, with data collected through structured interviews. The interview framework consisted of 40 questions, which were revised and organized into two main axes aligned with the study's focus. Interviews were conducted with a purposive sample of research professors, laboratory directors, and staff members from the Office of External Relations at the university. Microsoft Excel was utilized to process and analyze portions of the collected data. The study yielded several key findings, notably that Kasdi Merbah University - Ouargla maintains a significant number of strategic partnerships across diverse fields. Furthermore, R&D activities at the university have shown substantial development. Importantly, a positive correlation was identified between the adoption of strategic partnerships and the strengthening of R&D activities. Strategic partnerships are therefore considered an effective driving force for enhancing research and development at Kasdi Merbah University - Ouargla.
