تأثير التفكير التصميمي على حل المشكلات الإدارية دراسة حالة فئة المقتصدين بمديرية التربية لولاية ورقلة

Abstract

إن هذه الدراسة تسعى إلى معرفة عن مدى تأثير التفكير التصميمي على حل المشكلات الإدارية لدى فئة المقتصدين التابعين بمديرية التربية لولاية ورقلة، ومن أجل دراسة العلاقة بين هذين المتغيرين في بيئة العمل الإدارية قمنا بإتباع المنهج الوصفي في الجانب النظري ومنهج دراسة الحالة في الجانب التطبيقي، متخذين الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات من المبحوثين من مقتصدين تابعين للمديرية. وتوصلنا في نهاية الدراسة إلى أن لتطبيق التفكير التصميمي في حل المشكلات الإدارية لابد من إتباع خمس مراحل وهي كالتالي : التعاطف ، تحديد المشكلة ، توليد الأفكار، النماذج الأولية ، والاختبار والتقييم ، وأيضا لحل المشكلات الإدارية مراحل يجب إتباعها وهي:تحليل البيئة، التعرف على المشكلة، تحديد المشكلة، الافتراضات، توليد البدائل، اختيار البديل ،التنفيذ ، المراقبة. وتوصلنا إلى أن مدى كل من التفكير التصميمي وحل المشكلات الإدارية لدى المبحوثين كان في مستوى متوسط ، كما اكتشفنا وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائيًا بين التفكير التصميمي و حل المشكلات الإدارية، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية متعلقة للمتغيرات الشخصية كالجنس و السن و أو الخبرة المهنية .

This study aimed to explore the impact of design thinking on solving administrative problems among school bursars at the Directorate of Education in the Wilaya of Ouargla. It analyzed the relationship between these two variables within a real administrative environment. To achieve this, the descriptive method was adopted for the theoretical aspect, while the case study approach was used for the practical part. A questionnaire was utilized to collect data from a sample of bursars affiliated with the Directorate. The results indicated that both design thinking and administrative problem-solving levels among the sample were moderate. Furthermore, the findings revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between design thinking and the ability to solve administrative problems, with no statistically significant differences based on personal variables such as gender, age, or years of experience. This study seeks to contribute to the development of administrative staff performance by promoting creative thinking in facing daily challenges
