مستوى الضيق النفسي لدى عمال قطاع الصحة -دراسةميدانية- بمستشفى محمد بوضياف –ورقلة-

Abstract

تهدف دراستنا إلى الكشف عن درجة الضيق النفسي والتعرف على الفروق في درجة الضيق النفسي حسب جملة من المتغيرات التي لها علاقة بالعمال والمتفاوتة فيما بينها وهي: متغير الجنس، الحالة الإجتماعية، نظام العمل. تكونت عينة الدراسة الاساسية من 100 عامل في القطاع الصحة بمستشفى بوضياف بورقلة حيث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية واعتمدنا على مقياس الضيق النفسي QUESTIONAIRE DETRESSE PSYCHOLOGIQUE المعدل النهائي ومن خلال استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية باستخدام برنامج spss تم توصل الى النتائج التالية : 1- مستوى الضيق النفسي لدى عمال قطاع الصحي بمستشفى بوضياف بورقلة متوسط. 2- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضيق النفسي لدى عمال قطاع الصحي بمستشفى بوضياف بورقلة تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3- توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضيق النفسي لدى عمال قطاع الصحي بمستشفى بوضياف بورقلة تعزى لمتغير نظام العمل. 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضيق النفسي لدى عمال قطاع الصحي بمستشفى بوضياف بورقلة تعزى لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية. - وقد نوقشت نتائج الدراسة اعتمادا على الإطار النظري للدراسة وبعض الدارسات السابقة والواقع المعاش وتوصلنا في ختام هذه الدراسة بتقديم بعض المقترحات. -

Our study aims to reveal the level of psychological distress and identify differences in its prevalence based on a set of varying worker-related variables: gender, marital status, and work system. - The core study sample comprised 100 healthcare workers at Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla, who were randomly selected. The final modifiedPsychologicalDistress Questionnaire (QUESTIONNAIRE DE DÉTRESSE PSYCHOLOGIQUE) wasused as the measurementtool. A variety of statistical methods were employed using SPSS software, leading to the following results: 1-The level of psychological distress among healthcare workers at Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla was moderate. 2-There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological distress among healthcare workers at Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla attributable to gender. 3-There were statistically significant differences in the level of psychological distress among healthcare workers at Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla attributable to the work system. 4-There were no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological distress among healthcare workers at Boudiaf Hospital in Ouargla attributable to marital status. - The study's findings were discussed based on the theoretical framework, previous studies, and lived reality. We concluded this study by offering several recommendations.
