المناخ التنظيمي وعلاقته بالاستقرار المهني لدى مشرفي التربية دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسات التربوية لبعض بلديات ولاية تقرت

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي بأبعاده والإستقرار المهني لدى مشرفي التربية في المؤسسات التربوية لبعض بلديات ولاية تقرت، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي الارتباطي، ولجمع بيانات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على أداتين الأولى لـ "العيفة محمد " (2018) تقيس المناخ التنظيمي، والثانية لـ " طويل حسونة، مباركي صفاء" (2021) تقيس الاستقرار المهني، بعد اختبار الخصائص السيكو مترية (الصدق/ الثبات) لكل منهما، وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة التي طبقت على عينة قوامها(110) مشرفا تربويا، تمت المعالجة الاحصائية ببرنامج الحزمة الاحصائية spss النسخة (2020) حيث تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: ـ طبيعة المناخ التنظيمي في المؤسسات التربوية لبعض بلديات ولاية تقرت إيجابي. ـ مستوى الاستقرار المهني لدى مشرفي التربية في المؤسسات التربوية لبعض بلديات ولاية تقرت مرتفع. ـ طبيعةالعلاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي والاستقرارالمهني لدى مشرفي التربية في المؤسسات التربوية لبعض بلديات ولاية تقرت متوسطة. ـ طبيعة العلاقة بين نمط القيادة والاستقرار المهني لدى مشرفي التربية في المؤسسات التربوية لبعض بلديات ولاية تقرت ضعيفة. ـ طبيعة العلاقة بين التكنولوجيا والاستقرار المهني لدى مشرفي التربية في المؤسسات التربوية لبعض بلديات ولاية تقرت ضعيفة. ـ طبيعةالعلاقة بين نمط الاتصال والاستقرار المهني لدى مشرفي التربية في المؤسسات التربوية لبعض بلديات ولاية تقرت متوسطة. وقد نوقشت نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الجانب النظري والدراسات السابقة، واختتمت بتقديم جملة من المقترحات المقدمة للعينة والمختصين والمسؤولين والباحثين في مجال الدراسة.

The current study aimed to examine thenature of the relationshipbetweenthe dimensions of organizationalclimate and Job stability among educational supervisors in educational institutions in certain municipalities of Touggourt province. The study adopted a descriptive, exploratory,and correlational approach. To collect data, two instruments were used: the first,developed byAifa Mohamed (2018), measuresorganizationalclimate, andthe second, developedby Touil Hassouna and Mbareki Safa (2021), measures job stability. Both instrumentswere subjected to psychometric testing (validity/reliability). To answer the study's research questions,asample of (110) educational supervisors was selected, and statistical analysis was carried out using the Spss software, version 2020. The following results were obtained: ـ The nature of theorganizational climate in the educational institutions of some municipalities of Touggourt wilaya positive. ـThelevel of Jobstability among education supervisors in educational institutions of some municipalities of Touggourt wilaya is high. ـThe nature of the relationship between organizational climate andJob stability among education supervisors in educational institutions of some municipalities of Touggourt wilaya is moderate. ـ The nature of the relationship between leadership style and Job stability among education supervisors in educational institutions of some municipalities of Touggourt wilaya is weak. ـ The nature of the relationship between technology and Job stability among education supervisors in educational institutions of some municipalities of Touggourt wilaya is weak. ـ The nature of the relationship between communication style and Job stability among education supervisors in educational institutions of some municipalities of Touggourt wilaya is moderate. ـ The results of the study were discussed in light of the theoretical Framework and previous studies، and it concludedwith a set of recommendations presented to stakeholders، specialists، and researchers in the field of the study.
