مساهمة التشارك المعرفي في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي في منظمات الأعمال دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة النقل الحضري والشبه الحضري ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة التشارك المعرفي في تحقيق الالتزام التنظيمي بمؤسسة النقل الحضري والشبه الحضري ورقلة ،حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من (60) عامل، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبانات عن طريق استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) نسخة رقم 26 بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، معاملات الارتباط وتحليل الانحدار البسيط، وخلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها : وجود علاقة ارتباط قوية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التشارك المعرفي والالتزام التنظيمي في مؤسسة النقل الحضري والشبه الحضري ورقلة ويعزز هذا قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.858R=) أما القوة التفسيرية فقد بلغت (736R2=0.)

This study aims to identify the extent to which knowledge sharing contributes to achieving organizational commitment in the urban and semi urban transport corporation of ouargla. the study was applied to a simple random sample of (60) workers. the study also relied on the descriptive approache. To achieve the study objectives, the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The data contained in the questionnaires were then analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences ( SPSS) version 26,relying on arithmetic means. standard deviations .correlation coefficients and simple regression analysis. The study concluded with a number of results. the moste important of which are the existence of a strong statistically significant correlation between knowledge sharing and organizational commitment in the urban transport corporation of ouargla .this is reinforced by the value of the correlation coefficient (R=0.858).while the explanatory power reached (R2=0.736)
