Abstract

الخلفية: المراهق الذي فقد أمه وهو طفل ،فقد موضوع الحب الأول له ،أين يكون قد تخطى مرحلة الرضاعة وصولا الى مرحلة الطفولة ،فهذه المرحلة تحتاج الى عناية أكبر واهتمام أكثر وبالخصوص من الأم لينشأ مراهقا سويا ،لكن قد يسحب موضوع الحب منه ليكتسب لقب الفاقد لوالدته وقد يؤثر ذالك في الصورة التي يكونها عن أمه . الهدف: التعرف على طبيعة الصورة الأمومية لدى المراهق الفاقد لوالدته. المنهج: استخدمت الدراسة المنهج العيادي ودراسة الحالة على حالة واحدة (مراهق ذكر)، يتراوح عمره 15 سنة ، تم اختياره بطريقة قصدية من مؤسسة تربوية، تم استخدام المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة ورائز خروف القدم السوداءلكورمان. النتائج:أظهرت نتائج الدراسةأن المراهق الفاقد لوالدته يحمل عن أمه صورة ايجابية تتسم بالمثالية تحمل هوامات التعلق ،وأنه يلجأ الى استخدام ميكانيزمات دفاعية تتمثل في النكوص، الكبت، الإنكار،التكوين العكسي. الخلاصة: تم التعرف على طبيعة صورة الام لدى المراهق الفاقد لوالدته وأهم الميكانيزمات الدفاعية التي يستخدمها المراهق إثر الفقدان Background: An adolescent who has lost his mother is a child who has lost his first love object. Having passed the stage of infancy and moved into childhood, a phase that requires more care and attention, especially from the mother, to foster healthy adolescent development. However, the loss of the mother may strip Him of this love object, earning him the label of "motherless," which can significantly impact the image he forms of his mother. Objective: Identify the nature of the maternal image in an adolescent who has lost his mother. Method: The study employed the clinical method and a single case study design (one male adolescent, aged 15 years). The participant was selected purposively from an educational institution. Data collection utilized a semi-structured clinical interview and the Black feet Test by Luis Corman. Results: The study findings indicated that the motherless adolescent holds a positive, idealized image of his mother, which is marked by attachment fantasies. He tends to use defense mechanisms such as regression, repression, denial, and reaction formation in response to his loss. Conclusion: The study identified the nature of the maternal image in a motherless adolescent and the main defense mechanisms he employees in responses to his loss.
