الهشاشة النفسية لدى الشاب متعاطي المخدرات دراسة عيادية لحالتين بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالیة الى التعرف على الهشاشة النفسیة لدى متعاطي المخدرات: 1ما دلالات الهشاشة النفسیة لدى الشاب متعاطي المخدرات؟ 2ما اھم المیكانیزمات الدفاعیة المستخدمة من طرف الشاب متعاطي المخدرات ؟ فرضیات الدراسة: 1) . من أهم دلالات الهشاشة النفسیة لدى الشاب متعاطي المخدرات من خلال محتوى القصص في من الفقدان. اختبار تفهم الموضوع صعوبة التعامل مع الضغوطات الحیاتیة،العزلة والشعور بالعجزالخوف. 2) یستخدم الشاب متعاطي المخدرات میكانیزمات دفاعیة تتمثل أهمها في: الكبت لتجنب المحتوى المؤلم بالذنب، الاسقاط باسناد المشاعر السلبیة للآخرین. الانكار لتجنب الاعتراف بمشكلته والاثر السلبي للادمان على حیاته،التبریر لتقلیل الشعور وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج العیادي ودراسة الحالة وباستخدام المقابلة النصف الموجهة واختبار تفهم الموضوع على عینة قوامها حالتین (من جنس ذكر) تم تشخیصهما باحدى العیادات الخاصة بالطب العقلي بمدینة ورقلة. توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالیة:من أهم دلالات الهشاشة النفسیة لدى الشاب متعاطي المخدرات من خلال محتوى القصص في اختبار تفهم الموضوع صعوبة التعامل مع الضغوطات الحیاتیة،العزلة والشعور بالعجز، الخوف من الفقدان، یستخدم الشاب متعاطي المخدرات میكانیزمات دفاعیة تتمثل أهمها في: الكبت لتجنب المحتوى المؤلم الانكار لتجنب الاعتراف بمشكلته والاثر السلبي للادمان على حیاتهالتبریر لتقلیل الشعور بالذنب، الاسقاط باسناد المشاعر السلبیة للآخرین.

The Aim of this study to realize the psychological fragility of drugs addicted. Starting from the following questions :What are the significances psychological fragility of drugs addicted ? What are the most important defensive mechanisms used by the drugs addicted ? to improve the following Hypothesizes: The most important significances of fragility of drugs addicted based on the stories of drugs addicted are : nonexistence , difficulties to deal with the life pressures , introvert , insufficiency, and panic .The drugs addicted use defensive mechanisms such us : suppression to ignore the painful content , the sin ,projection the negative feelings, denial to ignore the acknowledgement the negative impact of the addiction’s problems on their life , Projection ,The justification . To improve our hypothesizes of the study , used the clinical approach and the Case Study , the half oriented interview . Exam the understanding the topic based on Two male cases diagnosed by a Mental medical private clinic in Ouargla . This study resulted that : The most important significances the psychological frailty of drugs addicted . They use defensive mechanisms such us : suppression to ignore the painful content ,the denial to ignore the acknowledgement of the negative impact of the addiction’s problem on their life , The justification to decreasing the sin feeling , the projection to transform the negative feeling on others .
