واقع التنمر الإلكتروني في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على الطلبة الجامعيين - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة جامعة قاصدي- بورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على واقع التنمر الإلكتروني في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على الطلبة الجامعيين وذلك بالتعرف على مظاهره والآثار التي يخلفها عليهم وباتباع المنهج الوصفي تم تطبيق الإستبيان بتاريخ 24 فيفري 2025 على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة حصصية قدر عددها بـ 60 طالبا يدرسون بالقطب الجامعي 2 "بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية، كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية، كلية الآداب واللغات" وبالقطب الجامعي 3 "بكلية العلوم التطبيقية" بجامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة وأيضا بالإقامة الجامعية بن دحمان بشير _بورقلة. وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: التنمر الإلكتروني منتشر بشكل واسع بين الطلبة الجامعيين، بأشكال متعددة مثل السخرية، السب والشتم، والتحرش في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. كما أن عدد كبير من الطلبة شعروا بالقلق والحزن نتيجة التنمر، بينما لم يشعر نصفهم تقريبًا بأي تأثير نفسي واضح.، وأن التنمر الإلكتروني لم يؤدِ إلى تغيّب الطلبة عن الدراسة في الغالب، كما لم يؤثر بشكل كبير على التحصيل الدراسي لدى نصف المشاركين، بل حفّز بعضهم أكاديميًا. كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أغلب الطلبة لم يشعروا بتأثير كبير على انتمائهم الأكاديمي، لكن نسبة منهم عانت من مشاعر العزلة أو الارتباك.

This study aimed to investigate the phenomenon of cyberbullying on social media platforms as experienceed byuniversity students, with a focus on identifying its manifestations and the psychological and academic Impacts it entails. Utilizing a descriptive research methodology, a questionnaire was administered on February 24, 2025, to a sample of 60 students selected through a quota method, studying at University Pole 2, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences., the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, and the Faculty of Letters and Languages — and University Pole 3, specifically the Faculty of Applied Sciences. Additional respondents were selected from the Ben Dahman Bachir university residence In Ouargla. The findings revealed that cyberbullying is widespread among university students and takes various forms, including mockery, verbal abuse, and harassment via social media platforms. A significant number of students reported experienceing negative emotional effects, such as anxiety and sadness. However, approximately half of the respondents did not report any noticeable psychological impact. Moreover, cyberbullying generally did not lead to student absenteeism and had minimal influence on academic performance In most cases. On the contrary, some students Indicated that the experiencee served as an academic motivator. While the majorIty of participants did not perceive a significant Impact on their sense of academic belonging, a minority reported experienceing feelings of isolation or confusion as a result of cyberbullying.
