فعالية استخدام موظفي المؤسسات الاستشفائية لموقع الملف الطبي الالكتروني DEM DZ في تحسين الرعاية الصحية للمرضى -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من موظفي المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة الام والطفل بورقلة-

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على فعالية استخدام موظفي المؤسسات الاستشفائية لموقع الملف الطبي الإلكتروني DEM DZ، ومدى تأثيره على تحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية للمرضى. وتتمحور الدراسة حول تجربة موظفي المؤسسة الاستشفائية المتخصصة للأم والطفل بورقلة، من خلال تحليل مدى استيعابهم للنظام، التحديات التي يوجهونها أثناء استخدامه، ومدى انعكاس ذلك على الأداء المهني والخدمات الصحية المقدمة. وحسب النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة تبين ان موقع DEM DZ يعزز من دقة وجودة الرعاية في مستشفى الأم والطفل بورقلة من خلال تسهيل الوصول للسجلات الطبية وتحسين التنسيق واتخاذ القرارات العلاجية، مما يزيد من كفاءة العمل ورضا المرضى، رغم وجود تحديات في التفاعل والتحديث والانتقال للنظام الإلكتروني.

This study seeks to shed light on the effectiveness of hospital employees' use of the DEM DZ website, and its impact on improving the quality of patient care. The study focuses on the experience of the employees of the specialized hospital for mother and child in Ouargla, by analyzing the extent to which they understand the system, the challenges they face while using it, and the extent to which this reflects on the professional performance and health services provided. According to the results of the study, it was found that the DEM DZ website enhances the accuracy and quality of care at the Mother and Child Hospital of Ouargla by facilitating access to medical records and improving coordination and making treatment decisions, which increases work efficiency and patient satisfaction, despite the challenges in interaction, modernization and migration to the electronic system.
