الرقمنة ودورها في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للموظفين ( دراسة ميدانية حول بلدية النزلة ولاية توقرت )

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للموظفين، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية تم القيام بها على مستوى مقر بلدية النزلة. وتتمثل إشكالية الدراسة في مساهمة الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي لدى موظفي بلدية النزلة، وللبحث في هذه الدراسة وتحليلها فقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية موجهة لعينة من موظفي البلدية التي كان عددها 56 موظفا، إلى جانب إجراء مقابلة كأداة مساعدة بهدف تعميق الفهم والتحليل في الموضوع والحصول على معلومات أكثر دقة. وأسفرت النتائج على أنه يوجد اتفاق كبير بين الموظفين حول أهمية التكوين والتدريب المستمر،والتحديث الدوري للأنظمة وإسهامهم في عملية التطوير الرقمي، كذلك استنتجنا وجود علاقة ايجابية بين الرقمنة وتحسين الأداء خاصة من حيث الأداء الدقيق و توفير الوقت والجهد، وكذا دقة المعلومات. في ضوء هذه النتائج المتوصل إليها توصي الدراسة بتوفير الدعم الفني المستمر للموظفين لضمان استخدام فعال وسلس للأنظمة الرقمية، ضمان التحديث الدوري للأنظمة والتطبيقات الرقمية لتفادي مشاكل التوقف أو التعطل.

This study aims to shed light on role of digitization in improing employee job performance , througt a field study conducted at the headquaters of Al-nazla municipality. The problem of study is represented in the contribution of digitization to improving job performance among .Al-nazla nunicipality employez. To research and analyze this study . we relied on the discriptive analytical approach . data were collected using a questionnaire as the main tool directed at a sample of 56 minicipality employees, in addition to conducting an interview as a eusciliary tool with the aim of deepening understanding and analysis the subject and obtaining more accurate information.

The results shoned that there is a high level of agreement among employees about the importance of continous training and periodic updating of systems and their contribution to the digital devlopment process. We also concluded that there is a positive relationship between digitization and improved performance especially in terms of accurate performance, saving time and effort and the accuracy of information .

In light of these findings, the study recommends providing continious technical support to employees to ensure effective and smooth of digital systems, and ensuring periodic updating of digital systems and application to aviod downtime or malunctions.
