أثر عدم تماثل المعلومات ودورة حياة المؤسسة على سياسة توزيع الأرباح دراسة اختبارية على عينة من الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان الأردن خلال الفترة– 2015 2021

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار تأثير عدم تماثل المعلومات ودورة حياة المؤسسة على سياسة توزيع الأرباح لعينة مكونة من 20 شركة صناعية مدرجة في بورصة عمان الأردن خلال الفترة 2021-2015، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على بناء نموذج لبيانات بانلPanel Data Model حيث تضمن سياسة توزيع الأرباح كمتغير تابع وعدم تماثل المعلومات ودورة حياة المؤسسة كمتغير مستقل، بالإضافة إلى بعض المتغيرات الأخرى المؤثرة على تلك العلاقة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين عدم تماثل المعلومات وسياسة توزيع الأرباح في شركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان الأردن، ووجود علاقة طردية بين مرحلة النضج وسياسة توزيع الأرباح في شركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان الأردن.

This study aimed to test the impact of information asymmetry and the life cycle of the firm on the dividend policy of a sample of 20 industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange in Jordan during the period 2015-2021. to achieve this objective, the study was based on the construction of Panel Data Model, which included dividend policy as a dependent variable, And information asymmetry and the life cycle of the firm as an independent variable, in addition to some other variables affecting that relationship. The study found that there is an negative relationship between information asymmetry and the dividend policy in industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange, and the positive relationship between the stage of maturity and the dividend policy in industrial companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange.
