Abstract

حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الرقمنة ودورها في تسهيل العمليات الادارية التي تعد على أنها عملية تحويل المعلومات والبيانات من مادي أو تقليدي الى شكل رقمي وتتم معالجته وتخزينه باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة هذه العملية تشمل استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية لتحسين الكفاءة والإنتاجية في مختلف المجالات فهي تمثل خطوة حيوية نحو المستقبل وقد اعتمدنا على تساؤل رئيسي : ما هو الدور الذي تلعبه الرقمنة في تسهيل العمليات الإدارية في اتصالات الجزائر-ورقلة-؟ واعتمدنا على منهج دراسة حالةكما استعننا في جمع المعلوماتعلى استبيان يحتوى على ثلاثة محاور والذي وزع على الموظفين الإداريين في مؤسسة الاتصالات الجزائرية ورقلة قمنا بتحليل البيانات وتوصلنا الى أهم النتائج : - تساهم الرقمنة في تحسين كفاءة العمليات الإدارية وتوفير الوقت. - تساعد الرقمنة في تسريع الاجراءات في التعامل مع البيانات. - الوصول السريع للمعلومات وتقليل التكاليف في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر ورقلة. - توفر الرقمنة إمكانيات تحليل البيانات بشكل دقيق مما ساعد المؤسسة على اتخاذ القرار.

Through this study, we tried to shed light on digitization and its role in facilitating administrative processes, which is the process of converting information and data from physical or traditional to digital form and is processed and stored using modern technologies.This process includes the use of digital technology to improve efficiency and productivity in various fields, as it represents a vital step.Towards the future, we relied on a main question: What role does digitization play in facilitating administrative processes in Algeria-Ouargla communications? We relied on a case study approach, and in collecting information we used a questionnaire containing three axes, which was distributed to administrative employees at the Algerian Telecommunications Corporation Ouargla We analysed the data and reached the most important results: - Digitization contributes to improving the efficiency of administrative processes and saving time. - Digitization helps speed up procedures in dealing with data. - Rapid access to information and reduction of costs in the Algerian telecommunications enterprise Ouargla. - Digitization provides the possibilities for accurate data analysis, which helped the institution to make a decision.
