يعتبر مجال نشاط شركة سبيل خدماتيا نظرا لأننا سنقدم خدمة توصيل الطلبيات بمختلف أنواعها جاءت فكرة المشروع بعد دراسة معمقة للسوق حيث توصلنا من خلالها إلى حاجة الولاية لخدمة التوصيل وهذا بعد توسع نطلق العمل التجاري من مطاعم ومراكز تجارية ومحلات وكذا المشاريع المصغرة و الأسر المنتجة بالإضافة الى اهتمامنا بالجانب الاجتماعي من خلال التفكير في حل لمشكلة البطالة بشكل عام و بالخصوص فئة ذوي الهمم بإدراجهم في عالم الشغل خاصة الذين لديهم القدرة العقلية و الجسدية على قيادة الدراجات النارية الخاصة بهم اين سيقومون بعملية التوصيل داخل تراب الولاية يجدر بنا الإشارة الى ان فكرة مشروعنا تقوم على توفير خدمة التوصيل بشتى أنواعها لذا يتشكل فريق عمال التوصيل70 بالمئة من ذوي الهمم و 30 بالمئة اشخاص طبيعيين لهم القدرة على قيادة مختلف أنواع العربات الخاصة بالتوصيل سنقدم خدمة التوصيل حلا جذريا لمشكلة التوصيل حيث اننا سنوفر على مختلف المتعاملين الاقتصاديين الجهد و الوقت الثمين سيكون ذلك من خلال استغلال التكنلوجيابإنشاء منصة الكترونية متمثلة في تطبيق ينظم و يربط الزبون بأغلب المحلات التجارية و حتى أصحاب تجارة الإلكترونية و الاسر المنتجة , اين يمكن للفرد التسجيل في التطبيق و فتح حساب باستخدام بياناته ثم الولوج للتطبيق و تصفح مختلف المتاجر و المنتجات المتاحة بمختلف فئاتها بعدها يتم تحديد المنتج و تأكيد الطلب في هاته الاثناء و باستعمال نظام تحديد المواقع يتم تحويل الطلبية لأقرب عامل توصيل لضمان السرعة و تسهيل التنقل عبر تراب الولاية و بذلك تغطية أوسع نطاق ممكن بخدمة التوصيل , سيكون مقر مشروعنا بقلب الولاية و بالقرب من مختلف المرافق الاقتصادية لمتابعة السير الحسن للخدمة من خلال طاقم اداري و تقني يسهر على متابعة جودة الخدمة المقدمة . نظرا للحاجة الملحة لخدمة التوصيل في السوق انطلقنا بمشروعنا بأقل تكلفة ممكنة بغرض سيرورته وتطبيقهفي الواقع حيث اعتمدنا نموذج mvp هذا عن طريق اتاحة خدمة التوصيل بالاتصال بأرقام تكون مخصصة بمركز استقبال المكالمات او الطلبيات من ثما يحول العمال الطلبية لأقرب عامل توصيل بعدها تتم عملية التوصيل للزبون.
