التفكير الأخلاقي وإرتباطه بالتوافق المهني لدى مستشار التوجيه المدرسي والمهني بورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التفكير الأخلاقي و إرتباطه بالتوافق المهني لدى عينة من مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني ، وكذا التعرف على مستوى التفكير الأخلاقي ومستوى التوافق المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه المدرسي والمهني والفروق لكل منها تعزى لمتغير ( الجنس ، الخبرة ، المنطقة ) واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة على (60) مستشار ومستشارة ، وتم استخدام كل من مقياي التفكير الأخلاقي إعداد فوقية عبد الفتاح 2001 ، واستبيانين أيمن الزاملي 2011 لتفكير الأخلاقي وعلاقته بالتوافق المهني لدى المرشدين التربوين . حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي : • لاتوجد علاقة بين التفكير الأخلاقي والتوافق المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المهني . • يوجد إختلاف في العلاقة دالة إحصائيا بين التفكير الأخلاقي و التوافق المهني لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني . • لا يوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في العلاقة بين التفكير الأخلاقي والتوافق المهني بإختلاف الخبرة. لاتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في العلاقة بين التفكير الأخلاقي والتوافق المهني بإختلاف المنطقة. The current study aims to explore the relationship between moral thinking and its connection to professional adjustment among a sample of school and career guidance counselors . It also seeks to identify the level of moral thinking and the level of professional adjustment among these counselors , as well as the differences attributed to the variables of (gender , experience, and region). The study adopted the descriptive method and included a sample of 60 male and female counselors . It used the Moral thinking scale developed by fawqiyah Abdel Fattah (2001) and two questionnaires by Ayman Al-Zamli (2011) to assess moral thinking and its relationship to professionl adjustment among educational counselors. The study results showed the following : -There is no relationship between moral thinking and professional adjustment among career guidance counselors . -There is a statistically significant difference in the relationship between moral thinking and professional adjustment among school and career guidance counselors. -There are no statistically significant differences in the relationship between moral thinking and professional adjustment based on years of experience. -There are no statistically significant differences in the relationship between moral thinking and professional adjustment based on region.
