مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى تلاميذ الثالثة ثانوي في بعض ثانويات مدينة تقرت

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي، كما حاولت الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: ما مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي؟، هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس(ذكر/أنثى)، هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي تعزى لمتغير الشعبة (علوم/آداب)، حيث أجريت على عينة مكونة من(160) تلميذ وتلميذة، كما سعت الدراسة إلى معرفة الفروق بين الذكور والإناث وبين شعبة العلوم والآداب في مستوى الضغط النفسي، وبغية دراسة مشكلة الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي الإستكشافي الفارقي، ومن أجل جمع بيانات الدراسة تم تبنت الطالبتان إستبيان الضغوط النفسية المعد من طرف صاحبه(نوال سيد)، ولمعالجة بيانات الدراسة تم إستخدام إختبار(T) لعينة واحدة، كما تم إستخدام إختبار(T) لعينتين مستقلتين لدراسة الفروق، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي مرتفع، كما تمخضت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى تلاميذ الثالثة ثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح فئة الإناث، وأسفرت أيضا على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي تعزى لمتغير الشعبة. The present study aimed to identify the level of psychological stress among third-year secondary (baccalaureate) students. Italso sought to answer the following Questions: whatis the level of psyshological stress among third-year secondary stedents?.Are there statistically signifisant differences in the level of psychelogical stress attributable to the gender variable(male/female)?.Are there statistically significant differences in the level of psychological stress attributable to the academic stream variable(science/literature)?. The studywas conducted on a sample of 160 male and female students. It also aimed to explore differences in stress levels between stedem ts in the science and literature streams. To address the research probnem, the study employed a descriptive, exploratory, and comparative approach. For data collection, the researshers adopted the Psychological Stress Questionnaire developed by Nawal sayed. To analyze the data, a one-sample T-test was used, along with an independent samples T-test to examine differences between groups. The findings revealed that the level of psychological stress among third-year secondary students was high. The study also found statistically significant differences in stress levels based en gender, in favor of female students. However, no statistically siglificant differences were found in stress levels based on academic stream.
