دور اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق الريادة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسة دراسة حالة مؤسسة SAA للتأمينات فرع سوق لحجر _ورقلة_

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى فحص دور اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تحقيق الريادة الاستراتيجية بمؤسسة SAA للتأمينات فرع سوق الحجر – ورقلة. استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وجمع البيانات عبر استبيان تم توزيعه على 47 موظفًا. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS مع تطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة مثل المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط وتحليل الفروق. أظهرت النتائج أن أبعاد اليقظة الاستراتيجية، بما في ذلك اليقظة البيئية، التكنولوجية، التنافسية، والاستباقية، تؤثر بشكل معنوي على الريادة الاستراتيجية، مع علاقة قوية بين اليقظة التكنولوجية والريادة الاستراتيجية. كما ساهمت اليقظة البيئية في تطوير استراتيجيات التكيف والابتكار. بناءً على هذه النتائج، أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز أبعاد اليقظة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسات الجزائرية، والتركيز على تطوير أدوات وتقنيات اليقظة وزيادة الوعي بين الموظفين حول أهمية رصد التغيرات البيئية والتكنولوجية

The study aims to examine the role of strategic vigilance in achieving strategic leadership at the SAA Insurance Company, Souk Lahjar Branch – Ouargla. The descriptive-analytical method was used, and data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 47 employees. The data were analyzed using SPSS software, applying appropriate statistical methods such as means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, and variance analysis. The results revealed that the dimensions of strategic vigilance, including environmental, technological, competitive, and proactive vigilance, significantly impact strategic leadership, with a strong relationship found between technological vigilance and strategic leadership. Additionally, environmental vigilance contributed to the development of adaptation and innovation strategies. Based on these results, the study recommends enhancing the dimensions of strategic vigilance within Algerian institutions, focusing on the development of vigilance tools and techniques, and increasing employee awareness of the importance of monitoring environmental and technological changes.
