| Abstract: | This study aims to determine the level of job performance of employees at the University of Ouargla in Algeria from the perspective of faculty members and administrative staff. The descriptive analytical method was adopted to achieve the objectives of the study. The questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection. The study sample was randomly selected and consisted of 323 participants (faculty members and administrative staff) from the University of Ouargla. The results of the study concluded that the job performance of employees at the University of Ouargla is moderate and acceptable. Moreover, the university administration has given attention to the job performance of its employees, there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of seniority in supporting job performance, and there are statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of educational level in supporting job performance. |
