| Abstract: | This study aims to identify the various methods of sympathetic support followed by children with mild mental retardation to develop visual memory, a sample of children, where mental retardation disorder is defined by those difficulties that include linguistic and cognitive skills. The study sample, which consisted of seven children with mental retardation, applied various exercises by determining the percentage of intelligence and identifying mental levels by applying the pictorial intelligence test to the study sample. These exercises were applied in a case study curriculum. The study suggested conducting further studies concerned with children with mild mental retardation in terms of verbal understanding and preparing orthophonique programs that develop other cognitive abilities to care for them, such as auditory perceptionThis study aims to identify the various methods of sympathetic support followed by children with mild mental retardation to develop visual memory, a sample of children, where mental retardation disorder is defined by those difficulties that include linguistic and cognitive skills.
