أثر التحول الرقمي على جودة الخدمات الفلاحية (دراسة ميدانية: بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية بالمنيعة)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر التحول الرقمي على جودة الخدمات الفلاحية لدى بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية المنيعة، حيث استخدم الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات عن عينة الدراسة، وقد تم توزيعها على عينة تقدر ب 51 من زبائن مؤسسة محل الدراسة، ليتم بعد ذلك معالجو البيانات المجمعة باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائيةSpss v26 وبالاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية اللازمة توصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج أهمها: وجود مستوى مرتفع لتطبيق التحول الرقمي على جودة الخدمات الفلاحية في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط بين التحول الرقمي و جودة الخدمات الفلاحية.

This study aims to determine the impact of digital transformation on the quality of agricultural services at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development (BADR) in El Menia. A questionnaire was utilized as the primary tool for data collection, distributed to a sample of 51 customers of the institution under study. The gathered data were subsequently processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v26). Based on the applied statistical methods, the study reached several key findings, most notably: a high level of digital transformation implementation regarding the quality of agricultural services at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development, as well as a significant correlation between digital transformation and the quality of agricultural services.
